TEST BRIEF

You are required to model the Electrical/Mechanical service for the 1 Apartment (2 BHK) using Revit.

For Mechanical BIM Modellers/Engineer - Model the FCU, Duct routing, CHW pipe, Ventilation ducts, Diffuser connection etc, Including Tags/Annotation.

For Electrical BIM Modellers/Engineer - Model the DB, ONU, sockets, Circuiting, Lighting and Fire alarm etc, Including Tags/Annotation.

1. Make central file using Mech/Elec template in the local D drive.2. Link with external provided models (Like Datum file, Archi, Structure etc...)3. While linking use workset +Archi +structure +MH4. Copy monitor level and grid5. Make plan views6. Develop the Mechanical/Electrical model7. Sheet generation (Overall 1:150, Part 1:100)8. Provide a match line and view reference tag9. Update title block information10. Print PDF and CAD
