Agreement Summary

Part I — Applicable to All External Users

  • Use only Licensed Software officially issued or approved by Archcorp — no cracked, pirated, student/education or trial licences for commercial work.
  • No sharing, lending or reselling of Archcorp-issued licences, seats, accounts or credentials.
  • No unapproved third-party software, browser extensions, plug-ins or AI tools used in connection with Archcorp work.
  • Strict Data Loss Prevention: no screenshots, transfers to personal accounts/devices, or disclosure of Archcorp Data to unauthorised parties.
  • Access is personal, non-transferable, and subject to monthly monitoring, audit and automatic removal when inactive.
New — Windows Operating System & OEM Licensing: No device used for Archcorp work may run Windows, Microsoft Office, Autodesk products or any other software activated using an activator, KMS emulator, keygen or similar tool. OEM licences (including OEM Windows) are valid for one original device only and must never be reused across multiple devices. Archcorp bears no responsibility whatsoever for any audit finding (Microsoft, Autodesk or otherwise) relating to activator use or multi-device OEM activation — all fines, penalties and remediation costs rest solely with the External User or Contractor.

Part II — Additional Provisions for Contractors Providing Own IT Systems / Devices

  • Applies whenever a Contractor supplies or uses its own device(s)/system(s) for Archcorp work or to connect to Archcorp Systems/Data.
  • No cracked, pirated or otherwise unlicensed software of any kind on any Contractor-Provided System, without exception.
  • Windows and all applications must be activated only under a genuine licence — no activators or activation tools of any kind.
  • OEM licences held by the Contractor are restricted to the single original device for which they were issued.
  • Archcorp bears no responsibility for any audit finding on a Contractor-Provided System; full liability rests with the Contractor.
